Sonoma County Junior College District ("District") doing business as Santa Rosa Junior College is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide website pathway development services. 
 
The District is a public California Community College with an enrollment of an estimated 20,000 students. District sites include the Santa Rosa and Petaluma Campuses, Public Safety Training Center in Windsor, Shone Farm in Forestville and the Southwest Center in Santa Rosa. Students may choose from associate degree majors and certificate programs, complete courses toward the first two years of a bachelor’s degree program, or pursue courses for other professional or personal reasons. The advertisement for this formal RFP is viewable in the Press Democrat on November 24 and December 1, 2021. No pre-proposal conference will be held. Vendor is responsible for downloading all documents included in this RFP event. All questions must be submitted via email to the attention of the buyer of record, Jessica Lofgren at jlofgren@santarosa.edu, on or prior to December 8, 2021 by end of business day - 5 pm (PST). An addendum will be issued through the electronic bid portal containing responses to vendor questions on or before December 15, 2021.

The deadline to submit proposals is December 22, 2021 at 2 pm (PST). Please note all items marked with a red
* are required items. No paper, emailed, or faxed responses will be accepted - all submissions must be done via the electronic bid system. No late submissions are allowed and the system times-out at the deadline. Vendor is responsible for ensuring their submittal is complete - review all information within each tab. Allow plenty of time to submit proposal response - avoid waiting until the final day and especially, the final hour.

Sonoma County Junior College utilizes the college district website https://srjc.ionwave.net/Login.aspx and the Press Democrat (http://www.pressdemocrat.com/) for notification of formal solicitation opportunities. These are the only forms of notification authorized by the college district. Sonoma County Junior College shall not be responsible for receipt of notification and information received from any other source other than those listed. It shall be the vendor’s responsibility to verify the validity of all bid information received by sources other than those listed.
