Video and Photographic Services

The City of College Station is soliciting Proposal(s) (RFP’s) from Offerors who are interested and qualified to provide Video and Photographic Services. The City of College Station maintains its own video production staff, equipment, and facilities; however, the amount of work requested and required exceeds the city's full-time staff resources and, therefore, third-party assistance is being sought through Request for Proposals. It is the intent of the City of College Station to select a single firm to accomplish all the services outlined in this Request for Proposal; however, the City reserves the right to make multiple awards if it is in the City’s best interest to do so. In order to ensure a fair and objective evaluation, all questions and inquiries related to this Request for Proposal shall be addressed in writing via the Q&A feature available through the Bidding Portal. The deadline for written questions is 2:00 p.m. CT on Tuesday, March 19, 2024.
