Real Estate Law Firm Residential Title and Closing Services Project Description: CUNY is seeking a qualified law firm with experience in providing Residential Title and Closing Services. Please see the attached solicitation document that provides further information on the scope of work, vendor qualifications, and the requirements for submitting a proposal. Any procurement resulting from this advertisement shall be subject to New York State Appendix A, CUNY Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, and/or a standard CUNY Agreement.
