Request for comments (RFI-HSS-Liberia) Health System Strengthening

The Office of Acquisition and Assistance (OAA) at USAID/Liberia has developed a DRAFT Statement of Objectives (SOO) to provide industry and interested parties an opportunity to review, comment, suggest and enhance areas in the SOO. USAID/Liberia would like feedback on the entire document with particular focus on the below sections given that these are new approaches for USAID/Liberia:• Section 10: Objective 3; IR 3 and Results 3.1-3.2• Section 11. Success: the proposed indicators tied to reimbursement of fees.The Draft SOO is anticipated to result in finalizing the SOO that may lead to a formal solicitation. The potential period of performance is for four (4) years within an award range of $17 million to $20 million. The Place of Performance is Liberia.
