SJRRC and selected contractor will provide full preconstruction services which include working with design teams to establish clear criteria and elevator core requirements that will allow for competitive solicitation of the station construction packages. This project will establish pricing for final design, manufacturing and installation of the elevators that will be included as a bid item to these construction contracts as station packages are released. Additional details and requirements are provided in Section 5 “Scope of Work” of this RFP. Other Details ALL PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY THE DATE AND TIME STATED. LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Once the proposal deadline is reached, no further submissions are accepted into the system.
