LEGAL NOTICE Request for Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications for Public Art for Various Durham County Buildings (RFQ No. 22-016) The County of Durham, North Carolina requests Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications for Public Art for Various Durham County Buildings to be received via the submission portal “Call for Entry” located at https//callforentry.com on June 1, 2022 by 5:00 P.M. EST., in accordance with applicable provisions of North Carolina General Statutes and Durham County Ordinances and policies. An electronic copy of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) can be obtained from Durham County’s eBid System located under Bid Opportunities at https://www.dconc.gov/county-departments/departments- f-z/finance/bid-opportunities. Proposers can download a copy of the solicitation and all addenda without registering in the system. However, in order to

automatically receive email notifications of solicitations and addenda issued by the Purchasing Division, Proposers MUST register in the eBid system.
