Project Description:Provide TURNKEY solution to Build a Pergola on the grounds of the Government Administration Building, adjacent to the sewage treatment plant. (See picture attached)
The size should be ten feet (10') wide by twelve feet (12') long. Materials to be used shall be Pressure Treated Pitch Pine. 6" X 6" Posts; 2" X 8" Plate; 2" X 6" Rafters and 1" X 3" Lath.
All pressure-treated 6" X 6" posts MUST be held secure (in the ground) with 3000psi poured concrete.
Position of Structure: the Ten feet (10’) opening shall be facing the parking lot.
Height of Structure: the height of the pergola shall be ten feet (10')

finished on the inside.
Fasteners: all shall be stainless steel.
Timber Preparation: all shall be prepared and sanded well to prevent possible damage to any user of the pergola.
Paint: all four 6" X 6" pressure-treated posts to match the legs of the present bench.
Paint: all timber used on top of the pergola shall be the same color as the top of the bench, already in place.
NOTE:
There shall be a mandatory site meeting on the 1st of December 2021 at 10:00 am.
The contractor shall be responsible to build the mentioned structure to the highest quality, able to mitigate any chance of injury to its users.
