Proposals will be due as indicated on the RFP cover page. For this RFP, Metro offers free coaching for interested COBID firms. The coaching will be done by a contractor of Metro’s choice. The coaching will be a 30–60 minute session about writing a proposal in general. Any interested firms must communicate that interest to bidsandproposals@oregonmetro.gov.
