SJCCD intends to use Federal funding for purchases resulting from this invitation for bids (IFB). SJCCD has elected to solicit this IFB under the requirements set forth by the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 2 Grants and Agreements, Part 200 Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principals, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (2 CFR 200). All bids must be submitted through this IonWave e-Bidding system. The system does not allow bids to be submitted unless all requirements have been met such as responses to required Attributes and uploaded required Attachments.
