Summary:To provide district-wide supplemental engineering support services for the Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration’s District 2 Office. Services and work to be provided may include, but not limited to, Change Order Review / Processing, Critical Path Method (ICPM and CPM) Schedule Review, Schedule Review/Analysis, Claims Review/Analysis, Utility-related Work, including Relocation Coordination, Sketch Book Review, e-Construction Program Management, CADD Drafting Services and Constructability Reviews. These services will support all sections within the District 2 Office, including Construction, Traffic, Utilities, Access Permits, and
