Supply and Delivery of Inmate Outerwear (Hydro Parkas)

The objective of this RFB is to invite prospective Bidders to submit Bids for the Supply and Delivery of Inmate Outerwear (Hydro Parkas) for use in the Ministry of the Solicitor General and the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS) various facilities throughout the Province of Ontario on an as-and-when required basis. The Preferred Bidder will be required to enter into separate agreements with each (i) the Ministry of the Solicitor General and (ii) MCCSS, for the provision of the Deliverables. The Agreement shall be for a term of two (2) years with options in favour of the Ministry to extend the term of the Agreement up to for three (3) additional periods up of up to one (1) year each. Contract duration The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s).
