The intent of this Invitation to Bid is to award multiple contracts. As a contingency contract, there are no guaranteed minimums that will be purchased under any awarded contracts. Exceptions can be taken during bid submission. 2. Payment will be made Net 30 and upon submittal and approval of a valid invoice. The University shall make payment in accordance with Chapter 2251 of the Texas Government Code. It is the policy of the State of Texas to make payment on a properly prepared and submitted invoice within thirty (30) days of the latter of any final acceptance of performance or the receipt of a properly submitted invoice. 3.
