A Respondent must be able to provide substantially similar scope/services as those described in Section II and IV in this RFI. The purpose of this RFI is to solicit participation on a non-competitive and non-binding basis. It is important to note that this RFI is part of the County’s market research to identify vendors who can provide the above services within the County or California. The information gathered from this RFI may be used to clarify the

County’s desired approach with respect to the above services and provide a basis for preparing a solicitation. However, based on the responses to the RFI and the County’s budgetary requirements, there is no guarantee of a subsequent formal solicitation process. This RFI process will not result in an agreement at this time, but the information gathered may result in a future formal solicitation.
