Detailed Description The objective of this RFB is to develop a Vendor of Record (“VOR”) Agreement with multiple Vendors for the provision of Envelope Printing Services. Scope of Work The Ministry provides a full range of print services to Government of Ontario ministries and agencies utilizing in house printing technology, expertise and one-to-one customer service. The Ministry intends to select multiple qualified Vendors to provide Envelope Printing Services throughout the province of Ontario. Successful Bidders will be put on the Envelope Printing Services Vendor of Record list and will be requested to submit quotes on projects (second stage selection) as applicable when the need arises.
