Spirit Lake Fish Hatchery is located on the isthmus between Big Spirit Lake and East Okoboji Lake. The hatchery grounds will receive a new shop and storage building with the following roof functions: eight (8) non-conditioned storage bays, two (2) heated shop bays, one restroom, a mechanical room, and a storage room. The storage building will be 40’ x 142’ with eight (8) garage bays with an insulated shop measuring 40’ x 62’. The shop area will be constructed from structural insulated panels and will have in-floor heat. The storage area will be constructed with post-frame structure.
