______________________________________________________________________________ ITB # 23/24-16 PWP # WA-2024-188 AIP # TBD The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) Contracts & Procurement Department, in accordance with the provisions of NRS Chapter 338 is currently accepting sealed Bids from qualified Contractors per NRS §338.1382 and licensed to work in the State of Nevada to rename required taxiways at Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) to comply with FAA standards and replace deteriorated signage throughout the airfield and ancillary work associated with the Project, and to provide all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, transportation services, permits and fees, utilities required, and all incidental items necessary to provide the scope of work entitled “Airfield Signage Replacement & Taxiway Renaming.” A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday, March 8, 2024 at 12:00 PM [PST], in the River Room (located across from Baggage Claim), Reno-Tahoe International

Airport, 2001 E. Plumb Lane, Reno, NV 89502. A project site tour will immediately follow the pre-bid meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to review and discuss the Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents, including Plans and Specifications, and the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements. All sealed Bids must be received, and time stamped by the RTAA Contracts & Procurement Department, 2770 Vassar Street, Reno, NV 89502 no later than 2:00 PM [PDT], Thursday, March 21, 2024.
