HILCORP ALASKA, LLCENDICOTT PRODUCTION FACILITYThe Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) has made a preliminary decision to approve Hilcorp Alaska, LLC’s (Hilcorp) application for Minor Permit AQ0181MSS08 for the Endicott Production Facility. Applicant: Hilcorp Alaska, LLC, 3800 Centerpoint Drive, Suite 1400, Anchorage, AK 99503Location: UTM: Northing 7805 kilometers; Eastern 464.2 kilometersActivity: Hilcorp’s application is classified under 18 AAC 50.508(6) to revise some terms and conditions of two existing Title I permits, rescind an existing Title I permit and disaggregate the Endicott Production Facility into two stationary sources – Main Production Island (MPI) and Satellite Development Island (SDI).Emissions: Potential annual emissions at MPI are 1,027 tons NOx, 901 tons CO, 52 tons PM, 98 tons VOC and 391 tons SO
