FY 2020 Roadway Resurfacing – Division B

Sealed Bids for the construction of the FY 2020 Roadway Resurfacing Project – Division B will be received, by Seminole County Board of Commissioners, at the 200 S. Knox Ave., Donalsonville, GA 39845, until 11:30 A.M., Thursday, May 21st, 2020.Any Contractor submitting a bid must be a a pre-qualified Georgia Department of Transportation Contractor. License numbers must be written on the face of the bid envelope. No bid will be opened unless the license number is clearly shown.The work to be done shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct the proposed FY 2020 Roadway Resurfacing Project – Division B as shown on the contract documents. In general, construction consists of the widening and resurfacing with double surface treatment of approximately 3 miles of roadways within Seminole County. This work will be awarded in one (1) contract with a 180 consecutive calendar day construction schedule.Bidding Documents for bidding purposes can be obtained from Watkins & Associates, L.L.C., 103 West 6th Street, Tifton, Georgia 31794, Phone: (229) 388-8823, (Office of the Engineer) upon payment of $300.00 for each set (non-refundable).
