The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources, Division of State Parks, Historic Sites & Trails, (Procuring Agency) will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on May 8, 2024 , through the Public Purchase online bidding system for the Skyline Drive Campground RV Electrical Pedestals project, located at Guernsey State Park, Platte County, Wyoming. Project Description: This project will consist of the installation of new campground RV electrical pedestals. Companies wishing to download plans must have a publicpurchase.com account. Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered.

It is the bidder’s responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. A NON-MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. MT on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, starting at Guernsey State Parks Headquarters, 2187 Lake Side Drive, Guernsey, WY 82214. Bidding questions shallbe submitted on the Public Purchase website by 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time on April 22, 2024. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. MT on April 29, 2024. Questions received after 11:00 a.m. on Aril 22, 2024, will not be addressed. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. Note: All bids must be signed and uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 1:00 p.m. on the due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 1:00 p.m. deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process.
