RFP: Northeast Elk River Urban Service Expansion Study

The City of Elk River intends to retain a firm to provide full professional engineering services needed to successfully complete an Urban Services Expansion Study for municipal sewer and water in the northeast area of the city (Exhibit A) which encompasses approximately 2,000 additional acres (Exhibit B). Growth continues in this area of the city and the updated comprehensive plan identifies this area to be included for urban service expansion.  Please review the RFP in its entirely below under "Related Documents."
