The City has authorized the East Beach Rental Concession to be licensed for the purpose of conducting business for the rental of temporary beach umbrellas, cabanas, or similar shade structures, beach chairs, hammocks, towels, and the sale of sunscreen and bottled water. Other Details The initial term of the agreement will expire on December 31, 2024 with annual one year extensions for up to a total of 4 years. Extension will be conditioned upon satisfactory performance.
