href="mailto:rabeyta@jurupavalley.org">rabeyta@jurupavalley.org Bids to Owner's Agent Description Scope of Services SCOPE OF WORK/SPECIFICATIONS It shall be the Contractor’s responsibility to develop and implement a routine maintenance program to effectively maintain, to the satisfaction of the City representative, all aspects of HVAC systems in City commercial facilities. For the purpose of this contract, routine preventative HVAC maintenance shall be defined as quarterly scheduled routine inspection and proactive servicing of HVAC systems to facilitate heating/cooling with a minimal downtime. On-call, as-needed services (24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days per year) will be for unplanned, and/or emergency repair services, as listed in the Service Specifications. The routine maintenance and all repairs shall be provided in accordance with the highest standards of the industry, skill, workmanship, applicable trade practices, meet warranties and in conformance to all applicable laws, codes, and regulation. The Contractor’s maintenance program and repairs shall, at a minimum, include but not limited to the specifications outlined herein. Preventative maintenance duties described in this Scope of Work are to be performed on the HVAC equipment at the following locations in Jurupa Valley: 1. City Hall – (8930 Limonite Ave) 2.
