This project shall consist of, but not be limited to, the modification of the existing traffic signal, addition of a second dedicated left turn lane and the addition of a dedicated right turn lane on to Anthem Club Drive. The project will also include the construction

of storm drain piping, drop inlets, concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, median island curb, stamped concrete, CMU retaining wall, electrical conduit, pull boxes, Type II aggregate base, AC pavement, permanent roadway striping and signage, vertical adjustment of utility valves and manholes, landscape irrigation modifications, various removals and other improvements. This project is located in the City of Henderson, Nevada.
