Info Armond Sarkis 707-648-4143 armond.sarkis@cityofvallejo.net Bids to Owner's Agent Description Scope of Services NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Vallejo, the City, is soliciting proposals from consultants with qualifications, experience and knowledge to provide General Liability third party administrator services. The City’s agreement with existing TPA expires on May 20, 2023 and in accordance with the City’s contracting policies and procedures, the City seeks a proposer that can skillfully administer the City’s general liability claims program and act as the City’s representative in connection with the investigation, adjustment, processing, supervision and resolution of claims asserted by third parties against the City, or against parties for whom the City is alleged to be legally responsible. The proposer shall provide professional and technical staff to perform General Liability Claims Administration services with the assignment of qualified personnel, including at least one principal claims examiner, to efficiently and effectively meet the scope of work listed. RFP and other proposal info may be downloaded from City of Vallejo’s Planet Bids Vendor Portal after completion of Vendor Registration. Proposals must be submitted electronically to risk.management@cityofvallejo.net or through City of Vallejo’s PlanetBids Vendor Portal by no later than 5:00 PM PST, February 14, 2023. A hard copy of proposal shall be received on or before February 15, 2023 at 3:30 p.m. It is the sole responsibility of the proposing firm to ensure that proposals are received prior to the closing time as late bids will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
