A dial in number for one-on-one teleconferences will be provided no later than 10 April 2020 based on a first come first served response.The attached PowerPoint slides are for information only, and the FWS-I Team will not be presenting
information during the teleconferences. The purpose of the teleconferences is for industry to provide feedback during the FWS-I strategy and to ask questions.Industry partners are asked to limit their presentations to 15 minutes. All company information briefed during the conference will be provided to the Government no later than close of business 9 April 2020. Data must be in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, or Adobe PDF format. Companies interested in setting up a one-on-one teleconference submit an “FWS-I Full Rate Production Industry Day Teleconference” email to peter.p.buckless.civ@mail.mil and michael.f.siwek.civ@mail.mil no later than 27 March 2020.  The one-on-one teleconferences will be scheduled in the order that the requests are received by Pete Buckless and Michael Siwek. The Government will provide an opportunity for Industry to ask questions and provide feedback in both an open forum and one-on-one industry sessions. Following the Government’s and contractors’ open presentations and the Q&A sessions, companies will be afforded the opportunity to participate in one-on-one sessions with the Government on their capabilities to support any future program. All scheduled one-on-ones will be on a first come first served, as available basis and contractors are asked to limit their presentation to 45 minutes in length. Attendance is limited to U.S. Department of Defense personnel, U.S. Department of Defense contractors, and exceptions as approved by PM SMS. Questions are requested to be provided prior to the conference by email to the Government POCs or, if necessary, at the conference to the Government with a follow-up copy within one week of the conference by email to the Government POCs.  The questions and Government answers, except for those that would reveal proprietary information presented in closed session, will be provided by email to the attending conference company points of contact within 30 days after the conference.All company information briefed during the conference will be provided to the Government prior to or at the conference on a CD with data in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, or Adobe PDF format.  Those companies interested in attending the conference should submit an “(FWS-I) Full Rate Production Industry Days Conference” email to peter.p.buckless.civ@mail.mil and michael.f.siwek.civ@mail.mil not later than 16 March 2020. In your email please include if your organization would like to participate in a prescheduled one-on-one meeting (send to michael.f.siwek.civ@mail.mil and CC peter.p.buckless.civ@mail.mil  for scheduling). All one-on-one meetings will be limited to a maximum of three participants.  Please consolidate all attendees from your company on one list and indicate if you desire a period to brief your company capabilities, and if so, in open session or closed session.  If you are not a U.S. Department of Defense or U.S. Department of Defense contractor, indicate that you are requesting an exception to the attendance criteria.  Priority of presentations will be to open session presentations.  Time may be limited based on the number of requests to present.
