2024 Variable Message Signs- Cumming Utilities Water Distribution & Collection Division

City of Cumming Water Distribution & Collection Division is requesting proposals for two (2) Variable Message Signs for traffic control. These Three-Line lighted and programmable signs need to be trailer mounted, battery & solar powered. The sign message display board is to be approximately 96-inches x 55-inches, which is equivalent to a WANCO Three-Line Mini. Remote communication and control should be listed as an additional line item if available, along with Annual Service Fee charge. Proposals from only companies that offer local (Metro Atlanta) Sales & Service will be considered. Proposals are to be typed or submitted in ink and returned in a sealed container marked on the outside with Distribution & Collection Traffic Control Signs, to: City of Cumming 100 Main Street Cumming, GA 30040 Proposals will be received until Thursday, March 21st 2024 at 11:00 am at Cumming City Hall second floor receptionist desk or by mail. All proposals are to be submitted in duplicate. Any proposal received after this date and time will not be accepted.
