This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote, Request for Proposal, nor a promise to issue a solicitation now or in the future. This notice does not commit the Government contractually for any services or supplies whatsoever.The Wyoming Army National Guard, Purchasing and Contracting Office, seeks information from contractors that can provide lodging in Casper, Wyoming from May 11, of 2022, through May 14, of 2022. The contractor shall provide 92 double rooms.The Wyoming Army National Guard is seeking responses from all responsible sources, including large and small businesses. The specific purpose of this notice is to determine if there are small businesses; within the parameters identified above. Interested vendors’ that believe they can meet the minimum requirement(s) should submit electronic copies of their capability statement(s) to Mr.

Marc Zurasky, Contracting Officer at marc.r.zurasky.civ@army.mil.Responses should include the minimum following information:(1) Name and DUNS or CAGE Code of organization that will provide the requirement.(2) Any Relevant information that is not listed above in-which the Government may consider in developing its minimum requirements and finalizing its market research.Any proprietary information should be clearly marked. Only electronic statements will be accepted. All responses to this notice shall be submitted via email by the required Response Date. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information or comments received from potential sources resulting from this Sources Sought. This is not a Request for Information. The Government will not provide a response to questions as a part of this Sources Sought. Responses shall not include classified data.
