Owner's Agent City of Santa Barbara Waterfront Department Description Scope of Services The City of Santa Barbara Waterfront Department is requesting bids for the Monthly Steam Cleaning of the five (5) Santa Barbara Harbor marina restrooms. The successful bidder will furnish all insurance, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the Monthly Steam Cleaning services. Other Details Bidders are hereby notified that any service purchase order issued as a result of this bid may be subject to the provisions and regulations of the City of Santa Barbara Ordinance No. 5384, Santa Barbara Municipal Code, Chapter 9.128 and its impending regulations relating to the payment of Living Wages. Notes Contract will be issued on a fiscal year basis with initial contract term starting July 1, 2024. The initial contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the award.
