Bid Title:Site Furnishing Rental Needs Category:Request for Proposals (RFP)Status:Open Description: GENERAL INFORMATIONThe City of Eureka, Missouri is accepting proposals for 2024 Site Furnishing Event Rental Needs at the Eureka Parks & Recreation Office, #1 Coffey Park Lane, Eureka, MO 63025 until 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at which time they will be opened and read. Bids must be in a sealed envelope marked “2024 Event Rentals”. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, all pricing must be good through December 31, 2024.Listed below are site furnishing rental needs for the 2024 season of the Eureka Parks & Recreation Department. Event dates, times and locations could change. Rental Company will be notified of any changes no less than one (1) week prior to the rental. One may submit a bid for one or more of the items listed in this document. Porta Potties: Please include any delivery charges. Delivery for one (1) day events will be the day before or day of as

long as they arrive at least three (3) hours prior to the event. Removal will be the next business day or the Monday following each event.
