Other Details • The bids will be opened and publicly read via Microsoft Teams, which may be observed live by using the URL link for live streaming or via phone. This information is provided in the Instruction to Bidders of the Project Specifications. • Each bid shall be in accordance with the Contract Documents now on file with the Director of Engineering Services, 1010 Tenth Street, Suite 4100, Modesto, California, where they may be examined and a copy obtained from the Director of Engineering Services, (209) 577 5462, with a deposit of $50.00, plus shipping if requested. Make checks payable to the City of Modesto, Attn: 4th Floor, Bid Requests, P.O. Box 642, Modesto, California 95353. The entire deposit of $50.00 is refundable if plans and specifications are returned in good condition within 15 calendar days after Council action.
