Sheriff’s Department is soliciting quotations for AccurioPress C7090 Professional Printer as detailed on page nine through eleven (9-11) of this RFQ. The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, Greybar Printing Services located in Banning, operates as an inmate vocational program in partnership with the Riverside County Office of Education. The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, governmental agencies, and local non-profit organizations all use these printing services. Greybar Printing Services maintains a full print, copy, and binding facility that ranges from digital production black and white and digital production color. Currently, Greybar Printing Services is looking to add to their existing printing equipment to provide the newest software and technology to meet the growing industry standards. Greybar Printing Services is also looking to have maintenance service, support, and supplies. Therefore, bidder must provide the maintenance service, support, and supplies. Service must include labor, support, and maintenance. Supplies must include parts, staples, ink, masters, and paper marker tape. The AccurioPress C7090 Professional Printer will be utilized to support the daily operations of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department Greybar Printing Services. All product proposed in this RFQ must be for BRAND NEW EQUIPMENT. The County of Riverside will not accept remanufactured, reconditioned machines in this bid response. This is a one-time purchase of printing equipment. In addition, prices quoted must include a minimum of one (1) year warranty on equipment. The AccurioPress C7090 Professional Printer must be available for delivery no later than 30 days after bid is awarded. The County may award a contract without negotiation; therefore, bidders should submit their lowest pricing initially. ALL pricing quoted must be all-inclusive and include, but not be limited to, the following: software, system set-up, training, and any other cost associated to the equipment being fully operational. Pricing must also include any shipping, special handling, and delivery necessary to obtain equipment for the location. Any contracts/terms and conditions that may require signature must be uploaded with the response.
