This Request for Proposal (RFP) announces the intent of the County of Mendocino to solicit proposals from qualified individuals or firms to research the availability of federal, state, and private funding opportunities and prepare grant applications for the County’s disaster prevention, recovery, resiliency, and mitigation projects. Vendors must submit five (5) copies of their proposal: four (4) complete paper copies with original Vendor signature, and one (1) complete copy on CD/USB thumb drive. The proposal must be formatted in accordance with the instructions of this RFP. Promotional materials may be attached but are not necessary and will not be considered as meeting any of the requirements of this RFP. Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope or package, clearly marked “Mendocino County RFP No. 014-24”, and delivered by 4:00 p.m. April 12, 2024, to: Mendocino County Executive Office 501 Low Gap Road, Room 1010 Ukiah, CA 95482 Attn: Kelly Hansen Late or facsimile proposals will not be accepted. It is the proposer’s responsibility to assure that its proposal is delivered and received at the location specified herein, on or before the date and hour set.
