PortGen-Diversity & Contracting Attention Business Owners Upcoming Business Opportunity SEA Airport Passenger Flow Time System (RFI) Request for Information Scope of Work: A key initiative of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) is to measure and improve customer service for our airport passengers. A SEA passenger or visitor’s ability to quickly reach their destination is a critical objective for this initiative. Reliable data on travel times for common routes within our SEA property will help us identify areas of improvement and quantify the results of change such as signage clarity, passenger routing, and capacity enhancements. SEA is looking for a solution(s) to measure the average flow time between the following common routes. On a macro level, there are two data points and within these macro routes, there are several options that could be measured separately to accurately reflect a combined average.
