IMRT and VMAT planning Gold.Intended Recipient: Elekta, Inc., 400 Perimeter Center Terrace, Suite 50, Atlanta, GA 30346Intent to Sole-Source: USU intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Elekta, Inc. for one year of annual hardware and software maintenance and help desk support for the Monaco 3D Treatment Planning Software.Sole Source Justification: Elekta, Inc., is the only vendor that sells and services the Monaco Treatment Planning Software.In accordance with 5.207(c)(16)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and that the interested offerors are authorized to service the software. Information received will be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
