The intent is for the successful applicant to serve as a safe drop-in space, aid in diversion and prevention, and connect clients to partner agencies and organizations to provide augmented supports. Respondents will be applying to carry out day services to support the Municipality of Chatham-Kent's Employment and Social Services Homelessness Prevention program.
