Notice is hereby given that separate sealed bids will be received by the City Manager, City of Longview, City Manager's Office, City Hall, up until 2:30 PM, Tuesday, December 6th, 2022, and then publicly opened and tabulated for the 46th Ave., Ocean Beach Hwy (SR4) to Olympia Way Improvements project. The project provides for the improvements of 46th Avenue from Ocean Beach Hwy (SR4) to Olympia Way. The project includes surveying, clearing and grubbing; removal of structures and obstructions, roadway excavation; stormwater treatment facility and conveyance; removal of bridge and installation of culvert across CDID #1 ditch; paving with HMA; erosion control; curb/gutter; traffic control; pavement marking; traffic signs; and any other incidentals necessary to complete the specified work in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions and the Standard Specifications.
