The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend Lease ADA-07747 (Lot 8A, Block 100), consisting of approximately 20,276 square feet, at Big Lake Airport for an additional 5 years. Applicant: Shilanski Family 2001 LLC. Annual rent: $2,128.98. Authorized uses: Aeronautical- the operation and maintenance of a hangar for storage of aircraft, aircraft maintenance, aircraft repair, aircraft tiedowns, and vehicle parking all in support of lessee’s commercial aviation operations.This is an application filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the Department to grant the proposed lease term extension without competition.
