Harris, Procurement Supervisor Owner's Agent Port of San Diego 1400 Tidelands Ave National City, CA 91950 Description Scope of Services SCOPE OF WORK In accordance with the Construction Documents, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, systems, and disposal as necessary to complete the construction of Vessel Pumpout Stations Replacement at Various Locations, CA as shown in Drawing No. TL-2021-01 and as described in Specification No. 2021-07 of the San Diego Unified Port District. A. The Work shall include, but not limited to, the following. 1. Removal, disposal, and replacement of five (5) vessel pumpout units and related electrical and plumbing connections at five (5) docks located in various locations as follows: a. Shelter Island Harbor Police Dock, 1401 Shelter Island Dr, San Diego, CA 92106 – Includes installation of additional circuit breaker for future pumpout unit. b. Shelter Island Transient Dock, 1401 Shelter Island Dr, San Diego, CA 92106 – Includes installation of additional circuit breaker for future pumpout unit. c. Embarcadero Crescent Dock, 2320 N Harbor Dr, San Diego, CA 92101 d. National City Pepper Park Dock, 3299 Goesno Place, National City, CA 91950 e. Chula Vista Bayfront Dock, 1058 Marina Way, Chula Vista, CA 91910 B. Special Provisions 1. This Project is partly funded by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Sport Fish Restoration Program, administered by California Department of Parks and Recreation, Division of Boating and Waterways. Contractor shall comply with provisions listed below: a. Representatives of the Department shall be allowed access to all parts of the construction work. b. Contractor shall comply with all air pollution and environmental control rules, regulations, ordinances, and statutes which apply to the Project and any work performed pursuant to the contract. c. Contractors shall ensure the structural integrity and safety of the Project. d. Inspection reports and related inspection data shall at all reasonable times be accessible to the Department personnel, and all request for copies of such reports and data shall be provided to the Department.
