The City invites proposals from qualified consultants for the following: Workers' Compensation Legal Services The City of San Bernardino is a full-service City with approximately 650 full-time employees and 190 part-time employees. Included in the total are 246 police safety personnel. The City of San Bernardino Municipal Water Department has 256 employees. The City would like to partner with "Best-in-Class" vendors that can provide workers' compensation legal services. The City is looking for vendors who demonstrate creative and effective litigation strategies, has expertise in temporary disability/causation medical consultation, rehabilitation/supplement job displacement benefits voucher (SJDB), Agreed Medical Examiner (AME), Panel Qualified Medical Examiner (PQME), and case settlement.
