The Government (AFLCMC/PZIBA) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The proposed source is “MEDIA LAB, INC” The product being procured is a Clinical Laboratory management 1 year subscription to: manage operating instructions (SOPs), track and provide training, manage documents, manage inspections and their results (both self and outside agencies), and provide a single source for Laboratory and Histology department Continuing Education (CE) credit obtainment. This notice is being published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotations received by the response date specified in this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon

responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.Quotations should be e-mailed to A1C Donovan Durgin or Raschelle Swindle by 1:00PM EST on 25 November 2022.
