Through this request for Proposal (RFP), VHP intends to enter into an agreement with the most qualified Proposer that best meets the requirements of VHP. The County will give greater preference to vendors with proven marketing expertise in the health care industry. However, vendors with other relevant marketing experience will also be considered. This RFP may result in a single non-exclusive contract award. It is the County’s intent to award a contract with an initial term of three (3) years with an option for the County to renew for two (2) additional one-year terms, unless terminated earlier or otherwise amended.
