The Otay Water District (District) is soliciting bids for ROOF AND SKYLIGHT REPLACEMENT AT THE RWCWRPF as further described in the bid documents herein.

All work is to be performed in accordance with State of California laws and statutes governing public works and prevailing wages. No contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal or awarded a contract for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.1(a)].
