Only contractors determined as pre-qualified through this RFQu process will be invited and permitted to respond to that ITB. 2.1BACKGROUND INFORMATION The 629-acre undeveloped property comprises the entire Section 29 in Township 10 North Range 68 West, see Attachment A – North Landfill Site Location Map. The site is bounded to the east by N. County Road 9 and to the north, west, and south by private property. The site's southeast corner is at the intersection of N. County Road 9 and Hackamore Road. The site's southwest corner is at the intersection of E. County Road 76 and N. County Road 11. The site is approximately two (2) miles west of Interstate 25 and seven (7) miles north of Wellington, Colorado.
