Track Changes The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Program Support Center (PSC) is issuing this solicitation to solicit proposals for a competitive 8(a), multiple award IDIQ contract. PSC will conduct this acquisition using Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) under the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This IDIQ will support the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SSC) Pacific.
PROCESS
Due to the interest in this procurement, PSC will NOT be utilizing FAR 5.205(f) procedures and is instead posting the solicitation to FBO for interested 8(a) firms.
