The scope of work will include the provision of all equipment and professional services necessary to successfully complete the replacement of the City’s current VMS, including as-needed camera replacement, infrastructure addition/replacement, and as-required related professional services such as implementation, installation, training, maintenance, and support of all cameras, connectivity, and VMS components. The City has historically had a decentralized approach to purchasing VMS. As a result, the City’s current and disparate VMS solutions vary greatly in age and type, and there is no centralized or standard city-wide solution.
