Fresh Produce: Processed and Bulk

SCOPE:Contract with a Fresh Produce Prime Vendor to furnish, including but not limited to:  processed produce (fruits and vegetables), bulk produce, fresh herbs and edible flowers.
 
The University may purchase local produce directly from a farmer, through a distributor or through a cooperative if in the best interests of the University.
