The City of Bismarck Public Works Department is requesting proposals for monthly utility billing fulfillment services. The Board of City Commissioners will receive bids in the offices of the City Administrator, until 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 5, 2020.  Bids will be publicly opened and reviewed at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at 221 N 5 th St, 1 st floor conference room. The City of Bismarck Public Works Department currently mails approximately 17,800 individual utility bills per month. This quantity varies monthly and could decrease due to online billing. Utility bills are printed three (3) times per month on 8 ½ X 11, 24 lb. paper which has one perforation. The utility bills will be processed in a timely manner, normally one day for the billing to be formatted, printed, folded and inserted in envelopes, with a return envelope included, sealed and mailed at presorted first class pricing.
