Stat., Vendor certifies that it is registered with and uses the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's E-Verify system to verify the employment eligibility of all new employees hired by
the Supplier during the term of this Agreement. If Supplier enters into a contract with a subcontractor to perform work or provide services pursuant to this Agreement, Supplier shall likewise require the subcontractor to comply with the requirements of §448.095, Fla. Stat., and the subcontractor shall provide to Supplier an affidavit stating that the subcontractor does not employ, contract with or subcontract with an unauthorized alien. Supplier shall maintain a copy of such affidavit for the duration of the contract. COVID-19 and Immunizations Assessment of the impact of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19) in National Immunization Programs in Latin America and the Caribbean 1 virtual workshop Dates: October 20, 2021* Hours: ~3-4 hours *Subject to change Closed Event, no registration fees Languages: English / Spanish (simultaneous interpretation) 1. Invitations a. Issue official invitation letters, in line with the identity and standards of GHC@FIU, approved and signed by the event owner, on FIU letterhead. b. Follow up with invited participants to ensure attendance and accommodations (if applicable) are taken care of. c. Provide the event owner with online access to updated list of confirmed attendees. 2. Speakers’ support a. Provide support to the Speakers for an improved educational virtual experience b. Design the meeting template c. Edit presentations d. Coaching speakers as needed 3. Virtual Event a. Platform set-up (on zoom) (branding, simultaneous translation, recording) b. Provide technical support to the speakers and the audience c. Support the moderator in controlling the agenda timing and flow d. Support the moderator with Q&A e. Analytics and metrics: provide reports on registration and attendance. f. Provide recording to FIU team once event is finalized. 4. Meeting report a. Prepare a brief scientific report summarizing the key contents of each event within 2 weeks of the close of the event.
