Technical Specifications-The HACSB has the need from time to
time to provide temporary employees to work in various HACSB offices/facilities, on an as-needed basis as detailed below. The descriptions are not intended to be all inclusive. The HACSB may require additional similar duties, skills, abilities and/or knowledge; which may be detailed at the time of retention or once the temporary employee is on the job site. 2. Typical Categories of Employees needed: Accounting □ Accounting Specialist – Accounts Payable, Payroll, general accounting □ Accountant – reviewing accounts/reconciliation □ Sr. Accountant – higher level of knowledge and expertise with reconciliations, general ledger, journal entries, etc. Administration □ Admin Assistant – Clerk/Reception/Mail/Filing □ Admin Specialist – Administrative – special program or department Information Technology □ Technical Support Specialist – Help Desk Support duties □ Network/Systems Administrator – IT network support duties 3. Typical Duties ACCOUNTING Accounting Specialist Duties □ Basic Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions □ Matching invoices □ Data entry □ Filing □ Posting to various ledgers, vouchers and journals □ Customer services via phone and in-person Knowledge Skills, Abilities □ Basic principles and practices of GAAP. □ Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes; □ Computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and other financial software. □ Accurately count, record and balance assigned transactions; □ Good written and oral communication and presentation skills.
