Art Consultant Services for Indigenous and Non-Indigenous Artwork Project Description :VCH is interested in qualifying art consultants to provide expertise on design concept, art concept, procurement, manage the process of artist selection, and manage and deliver a wide range of artwork at various Vancouver Coastal Health-owned, -leased and -operated sites. This includes artwork designed, created and installed by Indigenous artists only, as well as opportunities that are open to non-Indigenous artists.
